Our specialist young people supported living service is to give support to homeless children, those experiencing family breakdown, children in care, care leavers, children struggling with drugs & substance misuse, young parents, etc. We will support you to achieve an evidenced-based outcome like returning to education, making new relationships, finding meaningful work, etc.
